A great idea by Nicolas Grégoire. Click the bottom animated buttons to alternate between the solar system orrery and local horizon modes; use mouse over to see the name of the stars and planets; click the arrow buttons to increase/decrease the time and shift the horizon.
The flash animation by default shows the local sky calculated to the latitude of Paris.
You may download the editable (.fla) source code (165 KB), customize it and a add a bit of your own creativity.
The zip file also includes an .swf, which should run on any PC/operating system with a flash plug-in installed.
